Baccarat Chemin de Fer Policies and Strategy
Punto Banco Regulations
Baccarat chemin de fer is gambled on with 8 decks in a shoe. Cards below ten are counted at their printed number while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).
Two hands of 2 cards are then dealt to the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The value for every hand is the total of the two cards, however the 1st number is ignored. e.g., a hand of 5 and 6 has a score of one (five plus six = eleven; ditch the 1st ‘one’).
A 3rd card might be given based on the following rules:
- If the player or house has a score of 8 or nine, both players hold.
- If the gambler has five or less, he takes a card. Players stays otherwise.
- If the gambler stays, the house hits on 5 or less. If the gambler takes a card, a guide is used to figure out if the banker holds or hits.
Punto Banco Odds
The higher of the two totals wins. Winning wagers on the bank pay out 19 to 20 (equal cash less a 5 percent rake. The Rake is kept track of and cleared out once you depart the table so be sure to still have funds left before you quit). Winning bets on the player pays out at 1:1. Winning wagers for tie frequently pay 8 to 1 but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is a bad bet as ties happen less than one in every ten rounds. Be wary of wagering on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for nine to one versus 8:1)
Played correctly baccarat banque gives relatively good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.
Baccarat Chemin de Fer Scheme
As with all games punto banco has a handful of established misconceptions. One of which is similar to a misconception in roulette. The past is not a harbinger of events yet to happen. Tracking past outcomes on a page of paper is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that gave its life for our paper desires.
The most familiar and likely the most accomplished method is the one-three-two-six plan. This plan is deployed to pump up earnings and minimizing losses.
Start by wagering one unit. If you succeed, add 1 more to the 2 on the table for a total of three units on the second bet. If you win you will retain 6 on the game table, subtract 4 so you are left with two on the third wager. If you win the 3rd wager, put down two to the four on the table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth wager.
Should you do not win on the initial bet, you take a hit of 1. A win on the first bet followed by a loss on the second brings about a hit of 2. Success on the 1st 2 with a defeat on the third gives you with a take of 2. And wins on the 1st three with a defeat on the fourth means you break even. Winning all 4 wagers gives you with 12, a take of ten. This means you will be able to not win on the second round five instances for each successful run of four wagers and still balance the books.
